Over several years Sylvia had written a few short romance stories for submission to various markets. One was published in the online romance ezine Lovewords, which is sorrowfully no longer published. She decided to put the stories together in an anthology to try her hand at total self-pubbing through Lightning Source. Since her main interest is in writing mystery, she decided to publish the anthology under a pseudonym, Mallory Marrs, just because she likes the name. Since many of the stories have the theme of going or staying at home, she titled the book, Love Comes Home

Sylvia maintains two websites and a blog, Post Oak Chronicles. Her publishing credits are listed and several of her sample columns are showcased on her Ramblin Scribe pages and though her other website focuses more on family she keeps her Writing Galleria there.
